Last week at the State EOC, we celebrated Chris Guilbeaux’s career of forty-plus years. I had the privilege of designing challenge coins for the occasion. To put it in terms Louisiana folks understand, GOHSEP’s Drew Brees just retired. His leadership will be greatly missed.
