I worked back up to one mile on the treadmill tonight and have knocked down my heart rate over the last two weeks without issue, so it looks like I can start the NRC 5K plan and hit some weights starting Monday. #NikeRunClub

Thanks to the folks who stuck around for the final LEMC breakout session today. Check the GOHSEP training website tomorrow for the CIS-200 registration link. This course will cover our mobile apps and processes in detail, including the stuff we didn’t get to touch on today.
Tonight, I put on my running shoes and completed a simple, timed workout for the first time in 361 days. It wasn’t much, but I’m thankful for the opportunity to be able to do so. #ImBack
