Tonight, I put on my running shoes and completed a simple, timed workout for the first time in 361 days. It wasn’t much, but I’m thankful for the opportunity to be able to do so. #ImBack

I think Gambino’s king cake with almond wedding cake filling is still my favorite, but their praline king cake I got today is right behind it to round out my top two.
As announced at the 2023 LEMC Winter Workshop, we’ll begin adding GOHSEP boards to the WebEOC mobile app very soon. Training for using WebEOC and Virtual Louisiana on mobile devices will also be available in the near future.
