Tonight, I’m thankful. I’m thankful for everything you taught us, the hard work you put in for us, and the time we spent together. I’m thankful God blessed us with a father like you and for His promise in Jesus that we will see you again. I love you, Dad. I’ll see you later.
My current post-POTS fitness goal is to jump back into 5Ks and finish at least one in 2023. This might be the one to take a crack at.

I’m back in the office. Hopefully, we have a nice, quiet week. Thanks to Marty for hooking me up with new monitors. I don’t have to look at a flickering screen all day anymore. 🤣
